Shorebreak Coffee Company is an independent U.S.-based brand that specializes in sourcing, roasting, and delivering premium coffee. We believe in simple, bold flavor rooted in coastal energy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state of residence to use our Site or make a purchase. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be updated without notice.

  • Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements of receipt—not acceptance of the order.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods offered through Shopify. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee or consumable products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shorebreakcoffee@gmail.com. We’ll gladly make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to branding, logos, product names, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Shorebreak Coffee Company or its content suppliers and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or copy any materials without express written consent.
