Thank you for shopping with Shorebreak Coffee Company. We take pride in roasting and shipping fresh coffee as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because our coffee is roasted for freshness, some orders may take additional time to prepare before shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery destination

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Shorebreak Coffee Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Shorebreak Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Holidays
